Carrie Cahoon: Hi, I’m Carrie Cahoon with carriEstate here in Winter Haven, Florida, and I signed up for Homesnap Concierge a little under two weeks ago. And my experience thus far has been overwhelmingly positive.

Carrie: So far, everything that was advertised before I signed up, the reasons that I signed up, have been — have been right on. I actually ditched all social media last year, in 2020, so I don’t even have social media at this point, but it’s nice that I can still reap the benefits since I’m not running ads myself. Now, somebody else runs the ads and I don’t have to maintain a presence on Facebook, which I personally am thrilled about.

Carrie: I’ve actually gotten one live call, one live transfer call from Google, and that was a buyer who I’m working with now to find them a — a cash buyer that I’m working with now — to find a property for him. And that transaction will cover, and it’s not a huge transaction, but that transaction would cover my cost with Homesnap Concierge for the full six months that I signed up for.

Carrie: I love that I can go into each individual lead once they make it into my dashboard. I can see the past conversation that the Concierge specialist had with that lead, and they’re vetting them to find out if they’re wanting to buy or if they’re just looking to rent, if they’re working with an agent, so that way we know, you know, how to approach them, we know what kind of campaign to put them on.
