Last week, we announced we’re accelerating the development of Homesnap Showings, our agent-friendly showing management tool, in light of Zillow’s acquisition of ShowingTime. With Homesnap Showings, we aim to provide agents and brokers a way to collaborate with clients without fear that their data will be shared with—or controlled by—a market competitor.
This week, we’d like to give our agents and brokers a preview of some of the key features they can expect upon release.
Homesnap Showings: Three Key Features for Better Client Collaboration
Seller Interface
Tired of being on the outside looking in? Using our seller interface, listing agents can enter a seller’s information into Homesnap Showings. When a buyer’s agent schedules a tour, the seller (and listing agent) can accept, deny, or propose a new time. The listing agent will always be kept in the loop regarding their client’s property.
Showing Activity Reports
Listing agents will be able to see who has viewed their property, who has scheduled a tour, and any potential feedback provided by the buyer or the buyer’s agent.
Automatic Feedback Loop
After a showing, a survey is automatically sent to the buyer’s agent so they can offer both quantitative and qualitative feedback. The listing agent can control whether the seller sees the feedback.
Homesnap Showings will be available to all Homesnap Pro users free of charge as part of their MLS subscription. Be on the lookout for more updates as we get closer to release.
