How to Get Google Screened
Getting Google Screened is easy, but it does take a few weeks. Trust us when we say it’s worth the wait.
The first thing you need to do is complete this survey, and Homesnap’s Concierge team will take it from there.
Note, you’ll be required to submit a copy of your valid/active real estate license and proof of Real Estate or Business Liability Insurance. For proof of insurance, please ensure your document meets the following standards:
You’ll receive an email from EvidentID once they are ready to begin your background check. Simply click ‘Begin Now’ to get started with the survey. Note that you’ll have to provide EvidentID with your social security number and a valid ID (e.g. your driver’s license) to complete the background check process. Your personal information will be kept secure and confidential.
There are two other requirements for getting the Google Screened badge.
First, you need at least one Google review on your Google business profile. You get a Google business profile through Concierge, so if you don’t have one, simply use our One-Click Review Tool to get some.
