Podcasts aren’t just books for your ears. This is an entirely different medium for learning and entertainment. Episodes are guided by a host(s) and range in format from one-on-one interviews to Q&As to personal narratives. The variety of content and depth of information are part of what makes them so engaging and worthy of your time.
Whether you’re just getting into podcasts or want to breathe some fresh air into your library, we’ve collected the seven best real estate podcasts that you should check out this year. Together, they provide a good mix of inspiration, business tips, industry news and tech trends. You may not end 2021 subscribed to all of them, but give each one a listen and stay devoted to those that you find most useful and engaging.
In no particular order, the seven best real estate podcasts are:
1. The Tom Ferry Podcast Experience
Tom Ferry is one of the foremost real estate coaches in the industry, a New York Times bestselling author and a highly sought-after keynote speaker. As you might imagine, his podcast is chock-full of practical take-aways for building a successful real estate business. New episodes are released four days in a row every week: Mondays are under five minutes and focus on mindset and motivation; on Tuesdays Tom airs audio from his weekly (video) #TomFerryShow; original podcast episodes launch on Wednesdays, which range from guest interviews to Tom’s own top business tips; and on Throwback Thursdays he brings relevant advice from the past into the present.
2. The GaryVee Audio Experience
Gary Vaynerchuk is an incredibly successful serial entrepreneur, marketing genius, motivational speaker, bestselling author and popular social media personality. Gary Vee’s podcast is the only one on this list that isn’t focused on real estate, but we’re recommending it because it’s inspirational and emphasizes bettering yourself and growing your business exponentially (Gary Vee is a “go big or go home” type of personality). His approach is as engaging as it is insightful. Dig into the podcast archives to learn why you should embrace making changes in life (Dec. 22, 2020 episode), why brand-building is a long game (Dec. 16, 2020 episode) and why you need to reverse engineer yourself (Oct. 4, 2020 episode).
