Now, when users go into Bright’s Listing Management page, they’ll instantly be able to preview customized digital campaigns for each of their listings. Agents can choose between digital ads on Facebook, Google, Instagram or Waze.

Here’s how it works:
1) Preview digital campaigns for your current listings
Starting today, Bright MLS users will see the option to preview their Homesnap Pro Ads directly in Bright MLS.
2) Preview ads for new listings
When Bright users submit a new listing in their MLS, they’ll immediately see the option to preview a digital campaign for that particular property on Facebook, Google, Instagram and Waze.
If an agent wants to start an ad campaign on any of these channels, they can simply click to instantly go into Homesnap Pro to complete their purchase. All ad graphics contain pertinent listing details, including:
- Primary listing photo
- Agent name
- Agent headshot
- Eye-catching design
- Custom landing page optimized for lead capture
3) Monitor performance in your Bright dashboard
You can always view your campaign performance and share client reports in Homesnap Pro, but now Bright MLS users can see a high-level overview of their campaign’s performance in Bright’s Listing Management tool as well.
You can also subscribe sellers to client reports so they automatically receive emails with updated reports. This offers clients an unmatched and transparent look at the marketing you’re executing for their listing.
