1. You’re an agent who uses Homesnap with your clients. What do they love most about it?
Simple: They love how easy it is for them to use, so they can play a role in the home search process with me. Homesnap’s Snapping feature is one of their favorites — it’s like Snapchat for houses.
They can point their phone toward a home they like, snap a photo of it, and I get instantly notified. I can then schedule a showing for them right away.
They are so excited because they feel like they are finding their own property, and I’m giving them the best tool out there to do so — Homesnap!
2. You mentioned how homebuyers leverage Homesnap to find their dream home. How can it assist sellers?
My sellers always want to be “in-the-know” on what is happening to properties around them, and Homesnap has the most updated, accurate information.
I guarantee you — if their neighbor’s house goes under contract before theirs does, and they see that on Homesnap, guess what? They’re all in now.
It puts the pressure on them to be more engaged in the process, and participate based on the advice I give them. (i.e. don’t cook eggs and bacon right before a showing!).
